PAYMENTS:
I am currently only accept Paypal as form of payment. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account. I do not take personal checks.
Paypal payments are expected to be made at time of check out (unless you are in need of an adjusted invoice). If paying with echeck, I will wait for it to clear before starting on your order, this can take 3-5 business days. Thank you!
DELIVERY OF EBOOKS:
Tutorials are delivered via email. I will email the file to you as soon as I see that an order has been placed and payment was verified. I will send the file to you using the email I receive from Paypal. If you prefer a different email address be used, please contact me. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tutorial to be delivered. If you do not see it, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still do not find it, please contact me!
SHIPPING IN THE USA:
All packages are shipped First Class with delivery confirmation. If the shipping charges equal that of Priority Mail prices I will upgrade (which can happen with multiple items purchased). If you prefer Priority Mail for your item please contact me for a revised invoice.
All shipping charges are estimated as accurately as possible. Shipping charges include packaging and delivery confirmation. If you would like to include insurance, please let me know and wait for a revised invoice before paying.
The shipping charges are calculated by charging the highest shipping price first, then adding each additional item with the secondary shipping cost. If you have any questions please let me know.
If I overcharge by $1 or more I will issue a refund of the overage.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Prices are estimated and may be adjusted accordingly. However, I will honor the price listed if I've underestimated, and will refund the difference if I've overcharged! If you prefer Priority Mail please contact me for pricing. Any additional charges from customs or similar are the responsibility of the buyer.
REFUNDS:
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If there are any problems or concerns with your order, please contact me and I'll do everything I can to make it right.
Exchanges or refunds (less shipping) will be made once the item has been shipped back to me in unused condition in its original packaging. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your item.
Digital files such as the Instructions or Tutorials are not able to be returned or refunded, please ask any and all questions before purchasing to ensure satisfaction, I will offer unlimited email support once the instructions have been purchased.
